Truespeed broadband
Launching a new broadband provider across South West England
The broadband sector has been dominated by a small number of big players for years. But they’ve typically overlooked rural areas, leaving businesses and homes to flounder with slow internet access.
Truespeed set out to change that, by bringing ultrafast full-fibre broadband to rural areas and cities across its home in the south west of England. No mean feat.

Working with The House agency, I wrote copy for the company’s launch, helping to land them as a credible option, initially for businesses looking for that competitive advantage.
The work highlighted 10 ways local businesses could be improved by access to ultrafast broadband. With guaranteed upload and download speeds, the offering was a massive step for areas that had been neglected.
Tapping into local pride in its home region, we helped Truespeed actively call out its roots in the South West. The campaign engaged businesses across the region to increase their productivity, creativity and collaboration.
Truespeed has since enabled ultrafast broadband for some major companies in the area, including Thatchers Cider and Yeo Valley foods.
